Wet World Shah Alam 乐园守则
- 如果 5 公里范围内出现闪电或听到雷声，水上乐园将立即关闭，并保持关闭状态，直到闪电移出 5 公里半径范围外和/或最后一次雷声结束 10 分钟后。如果闪电进入 5 公里范围内，所有客户应移至有顶通道、更衣室或有遮蔽的餐饮区。天气状况将每 10 分钟重新评估一次。受风暴影响，设施开放时间可能会推迟。当闪电进入 5 公里范围内时，将停止售票。
- 乐园设施在雨天可以开放，但如果救生员无法看清池底，则必须立即关闭。设施将保持关闭 10 分钟，然后重新评估能见度。
- 在入园高峰期，Wet World Shah Alam 管理团队有权拒绝散客入园。一旦达到承载量，当日剩余时间的门票销售将停止。
- 在入园人数较少的时期，水上乐园有权重新安排园内游乐设施/滑梯的运行时间。

I haven’t been to Wet World for several years, but this time I went with my friends, and it was a very enjoyable experience. We were able to explore all the areas, and the lifeguards were excellent. However, the food service needs improvement as it was very slow. There was only one staff member handling the rice section, which I believe should have more staff, especially on weekends. The queue was long and took a lot of time. My friend also mentioned that the service at other stalls was very slow as well.

Overall, a fun experience and a great place for family gatherings. While there aren’t many ride options, it’s still enjoyable. The waiting time for rides and games was reasonable, even on a public holiday.
However, the toilets had drainage issues due to the high volume of people showering before closing. The food was average and overpriced, with a queue that took around 20 minutes. 🙃

Second time coming here…….bring the children to bathe there during the school holidays…..such water slide games that you can try……the best……highly recommended

Went on CNY. Too many people, bought ticket in advance online however still need to redeem at counter with others who are buying walk in. Most rodes are just slides. I think the newer water parks are better.

The second time I went. I didn’t have children before. Now I bring children. Places that are suitable to bring children because there are many places where children can play.

I had horrible experience with the food service staff they don’t respect the customer.
I was waiting to order food for couple of minutes on the line and then they started asking the people after me to get their order I was there before them, they don’t respect the customer when I asked why they are doing that they started talking their language and laugh for no reason I got very upset and left that area . This didn’t happened only to me there was other lady too
As someone came for holiday I never experienced something like that I didn’t feel good and something like this is not acceptable. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

My personal feedback : definitely I’ll come again! Kebersihan tandas & tempat mandi memang superb! Burger smash sedap! Rides semua best even tak extreme. Please keep this level of cleanliness for another 100 years!

Fun place for kids to play, with lots of games suitable for their height. There’s a wide variety of food, but the lunch menu runs out quickly. Playing in the afternoon is comfortable because there are mist sprays and shaded areas.
One area to improve: visitors who bought tickets online still need to line up with walk-in guests, making the entry process crowded and less organised. There should be a separate line for online ticket holders to get their wristbands easily

Very good place for kids , have many water slides depend on age. They have good options for food also but its inside , they dont allow own food. Tickets are not expensive neither cheaper, it cost me 190 rm for 3 kids and 3 adults. Good experience, kids njoyed the place and water slides .
