Terms and Conditions
- Tickets purchased must be printed out for record purposes.
- Present your printed tickets at the counter to redeem your wristbands.
- Tickets cannot be redeemed on the same date it was purchased.
- Valid to be redeemed in the respective outlets you purchased for only.
- Our rate is applicable throughout Weekdays & Weekends, Public Holidays & School Holidays.
- Waterpark are closed on every Wednesday, except on School Holidays & Public Holidays.
- Adult(130cm and Above) Children (90cm-130cm).
- Children tickets bought for those that exceed 130cm will not be entertained. New adult tickets need to be purchased in order to enter the park.
- Rates quoted exclude the rental of Cabana, Tubes and Lockers.
- Waterpark customers will enjoy the waterpark facilities and rides from 10.00am to 6.00pm everyday, including on Weekends, School Holidays and Public Holidays.
- All monies paid shall not be refunded in lieu of the Park(s) closure for: Slides and rides for maintenance, bad weather and/or due to unforeseen circumstances, safety issues governing the parks employees or the patrons, change in entry fee or another other governing matter not states therein.
- Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed into the park.
